| During real hot galvanizing production, surplus molten zinc and zinc accretionson the workpiece from molten zinc are unavoidable because of different shapes. Influencing the appearance quality of the galva- nized workpiece as well as increasing the zinc consumption notably, they raise the after-galvanizing treat- ment work amount.
