| During real hot galvanizing production, surplus molten zinc and zinc accretionson the workpiece from molten zinc are unavoidable because of different shapes. Influencing the appearance quality of the galva- nized workpiece as well as increasing the zinc consumption notably, they raise the after-galvanizing treat- ment work amount. In order to solve this difficult problem, our company organized technical personnel to comperate with some galvanizing factories and has developed “special vibrator for hot galvanizing”. Long- term operation and experiment indicate that the vibrator has stable work property, excellent accretion-elim- inating results and low repair rate. It is warmly welcomed and well received by hot galvanizing factories. |
